Social Emotional Human Resource Management

Catholic school principals manage teacher and staff performance, hiring, action plans, non-renewal, and many other human resource demands that arise in a school. Principals are tasked with helping teachers, staff, and families with hardships, all while establishing positive morale for the community. During this course, school leaders will learn proactive strategies to help them manage day to day needs of faculty and staff, and help them serve individuals and the whole community during an emergency or time of hardship. School leaders will apply specific strategies to ensure structure in the school community all while maintaining a positive working environment.
