Ethical and Responsible Use of AI in Education

This mini-course will introduce the concept of AI to educators. Within this introduction we will explore what Artificial Intelligence (AI) is, how AI learns, review methods to detect work generated by AI, discuss methods of integrating it into your work, and reflect on ethical implications of their use as professionals and for your students. Through completion of this course, you will have a foundation of knowledge and experience required to set policy limits of AI use in your class and be able to prompt discussion of ethical use in your classes.
